The Parlay journey
Parlay Records is an independent digital-first record label based in Birmingham, UK.
Parlay Records launched in 2024, by Q1 2025 we had released seven singles, an LP; produced, filmed and streamed a live event in Jamaica and delivered a talent camp for potential new sign-ups. Parlay Records artists both locally and globally; building new audiences, exploring fresh genres and enabling emerging musicians to monetise their talents.

The Parlay label
Parlay Records is driven by the collective vision of a Creative Director and a Head of A&R. Together they set the direction for our signings and a quality benchmark for releases. Tight integration with external legal, HR and financial professionals keeps the core Parlay Records organisation lean and focused on artist development.
The delivery team works together closely; integrating artist recording and releasing tightly with data-driven audience focused marketing campaigns.
